ZUMBA DANCEFIT
A fun and energetic cardio dance fitness class and a way to boost your energy and your mood. In this class there a variety of dance styles performed to all different genres such as latin, funk, hiphop, swing, reggaeton, squats and some conditioning.
Barre
A great workout based on ballet, conditioning and bit of circuit training to get the blood pumping, Finishing with abs and a stretch. An overall great workout.
Privates
Private lessons are wonderful for students who want tailored instruction and one-on-one time with their teachers for faster improvement. This allows them to focus on specific skills like or become more experienced in their style of choice.
Ballroom
Ballroom dancing is a captivating form of partner dance that combines graceful movements, intricate footwork, and synchronized patterns.

The first dance of a newly married couple is one of those time-honored traditions that is highly cherished. Let us help you design the perfect 1st dance for your special day.
Tiny Dancers (ages 2.5 and over)
The perfect starter dance and movement class for your tiny toddler. This class is a unique blend of dance, acro, and music. Kids will learn the basics of counting music and coordinating steps to music. We will learn dance combos, stretch, turn, tumble, and play games. Parents are welcome.
Breakdancing & Hip Hop
Breakdancing married with Hiphop is a fun and energetic dance style that your kids especially the boys will love. Starting off with warm ups, which include basic moves and grooves, stretches, and ending with a dance combo to develop their muscle memory and improving their musically.
Kids Ballroom Latin Competition
If your child has seen dancing with the stars, loves music, and doesn’t like to limit themselves to just that 1 jazz routine all year, then this class is perfect.
