All Classes now ONLINE!

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, all GPower classes are currently available online.  All prepaid programs are currently on-hold and will be reinstated when the studio space is available for in-person classes to begin again. 


Please Join Giselle and the GPower team as they bring you Barre, Zumba and fun fitness classes via the online platform.  New Students... take advantage of a $2 introductory class!

Our Philosophy

Gpower Dance Fitness Studio is a beautiful boutique space located above Sprout Wholefood Cafe in Naremburn shopping village.

 

Our studio offers a variety of classes including cardio dance, barre, power pilates, yoga, mediation, high intensity interval training, body sculpting, and power plate.


All classes are multi-level, suited to bodies of any age, gender or fitness background.  We offer exercises that can be modified or amplified to suit your fitness needs and level.

All of the instructors at Gpower Dance Fitness  are qualified Pilates and Barre teachers and world class dancers. 


Each instructor develops their own routines bringing individuality, energy and style while incorporating the key techniques of dance, pilates, cardio and strength training.
